    4. Your task is to look at a consolidated Balance Sheet for a PLC company registered in the UK. Print off a copy of the Balance Sheet & then created a POSTER to explain/annotate the following features: How much is their Non Current Assets? How much is their Current Assets? How much is their Current Liabilities? Calculate their WORKING CAPITAL … How much is their Non current liabilities? Calculate their Net Assets How much is their Equity? How much was their retained profit from last year?

    5. Here’s some links direct to some company accounts All I did was google ‘Consolidated 2008 Balance Sheets’ and found these – if you want to find a specific company then insert their name before the Search text….

    7. Extension – Identifying Trends What has happened to the Balance Sheet figures over the period of time? What areas have increased / decreased in value? Are there positive / worrying trends in the data?
