  1. Healthy Foods for Summer Suggested ByAyurvedic Experts of Arogyaus The right foods consumed at the right time of year will help promote purity, detox and rejuvenation in the body, resulting in an overall increase in immunity, physical and mental strength, and digestion. Ayurveda is based on the idea that the food we consume has a direct impact on our overall health. Summer is known as the pitta dosha season because it is hot, light, and sharp. As a result, Ayurveda advises everyone, particularly those whose prakruti is primarily pitta dosha, to remain calm and avoid aggravating it. Apples, pears, melons, plums, and prunes are all healthy summer fruits. In the season, watermelon and lime juice are both delicious. Steamed asparagus, broccoli, brussels sprouts, and cucumber raita are all good options. A delicious light meal made with basmati rice and moong dal, a little ghee, and grated coconut. Summer brings more dryness and heat, which weakens the digestive system. We should eat food that is easy to digest. In the summer, superfoods are foods that will help the body cool down. To maintain a balanced body, include sattu, roasted pulses, pomegranate, watermelon, fenugreek leaves, amla, and buttermilk. Staying hydrated and energized during the summer includes the intake of water- rich fruits and foods. Include moong dal, chana, green leafy vegetables, coconut, papaya, and alkaline vegetables like radish, snake gourd, pumpkin, and banana stem, which are all-natural electrolytes. Ayurveda recommends using the following summer foods in your daily diet: · Sattu: is traditionally made of Bengal gram and is said to provide immediate cooling to the body. It contains a lot of insoluble fiber, which is good for your intestines, and it has a low glycemic index, which is good for diabetics. You must have sattu in your diet as a cooling agent and a strong energizer.

  2. ·Ghee: According to Ayurveda, ghee is high in healthy fats that help our bodies work. Furthermore, our bodies become dry in the summer, so consuming a half spoon of ghee every day may help to maintain internal moisture balance. Ghee is regarded as a ‘sweet food' in Ayurvedic terms because it is strengthening and helps digestion. ·Amla: is a plant that grows in India. Amla, also known as Indian gooseberry, is a common and safe fruit with numerous nutritional benefits. This sour-bitter fruit is a great way to stay cool on hot days. Did you know that amla juice has 20 times the amount of vitamin C as any other juice? So, to stay safe this summer, gorge on amle ka murabba or amla juice. ·Ginger: This is a delicious spice. The anti-inflammatory properties of the zingy root can help soothe overheated and irritated skin. In reality, ginger juice can help to alleviate stomach pain. To stay healthy, drink ginger tea or juice on a regular basis and include it in your curries. ·Coconut: Coconut is a delicious fruit. In the summer, coconut water is one of the strongest electrolytes. This soothing elixir not only refreshes your body system, but also prevents you from dehydration in hot weather. Important minerals such as zinc, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and sodium are present. You will stay energized by drinking coconut water or using coconut in your curries and vegetables. ·Ashwagandha, Brahmi And Tulsi These three cooling herbs assist in body cooling. Ashwagandha is a herb that is used to treat asthma and arthritis by reducing inflammation in the body. Brahmi

  3. has the ability to calm the nerves and relieve tension in the body. Tulasi, also known as holy basil, is a detoxifying and cleansing herb. It's also known to keep the body cool in hot weather. To see positive results, you should drink herbal teas. ·Fruits: Fruits that are high in water Water-rich fruits such as watermelon, berries, grapefruits, pineapple, peaches, mango, and other tropical fruits thrive in the summer. These fruits will prevent you from being dehydrated and will leave you feeling revitalized. These fruits can be blended into delicious juices or eaten raw. So now you know what to eat and what to stop in the summer. Bring these superfoods to your aid to maintain a balanced and revitalized body.
