Whether you’re staying at aparthotels London for business or leisure, here are some events that you shouldn’t miss. Romeo and Juliet Kenneth Branagh is directing this famous Shakespeare romantic tragedy at the Garrick Theater. Even for those who’ve watched Romeo and Juliet before, it is still worth seeing with Richard Madden and Lily James starring in the lead roles. Another interesting thing about this production is that Derek Jacobi plays Romeo’s friend Mercutio. This is a twist on the original version as Jacobi is 77 whereas the role he’s playing is usually someone of Romeo’s age. The play’s run will start on May 12 and will also offer a matinee schedule. Open-air Theater Events Enjoy a unique experience with these productions happening in theaters that are only a few minutes away from presidential apartments London. Have a grand time with Judy and Punch at the Covent Garden May Fayre and Puppet Festival. Spend the afternoon listening to folk music and watching puppet and clown shows, and, of course, there’s maypole dancing as well. Catch the new and modern take of the classic “A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Shakespeare Globe on Bankside. Watch Helen become Helenus, and laugh at the antics of Lysander and Demetrius. This will definitely be a production to remember. Hop on over to Regent Park’s Open Theater to watch an adaptation of one of Michael Morpurgo’s book. The play is a story about an Elephant named Oona and a little boy named Will and all the struggles they went through after a Tsunami struck.
