2. About Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam University The AKU was acknowledged by the UGC and approved by the AICTE and this university was founded in 2016. The University provides various fields of UG, PG, diploma and PhD under the courses of Science, Technology, Humanities, Social Sciences, Performing Arts etc. The University has more than 1500 students with 150 + faculty in the campus and the university provides the facilities to their students such as hostel, library, sports arena, cafeteria, auditorium, hospital, WI-FI, IT infrastructure, transport, convenience stores etc. Also the AKU provides placement to their students and their recruiters are Aditya Birla, Chegg, Wipro and many more.
