Additional Tips • Limit your child’s screen time and replace it with gross motor play to stimulate their nervous system. Gross motor play activities would include those which involve whole body movement such as hopscotch, trampolines or maybe helping out with chores of the house. • Follow the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. • Blink the eyes frequently while watching any screen.
