Create a Team in Microsoft Teams: You should open the Microsoft Teams app. Then in the right side of the page, you will view different areas like Teams, Devices, Locations, Users, and more. At this point, you should click on Teams. Now, you will be directed to all different teams of which you are part of. Then on the bottom left side of the teams list, you should click on New team. After this, you should click on Create a new team. Here in the popup dialog box, you should name your team and also give a description. At this point, you will be asked to add the members of the team, just type their name. If

Now from the team profile page, you can set whether members can edit and delete sent messages – in Conversation settings, you can also set whether the team is public or private – in Privacy settings and you can Add a new member. For adding new member, you should click on More options and then click on Add member. After this, you should start typing a name, distribution list, security group, or Office 365 group just to add in to your team. Now, you should type the email addresses for adding people which are outside your organization as guests. When all team members are added, then you should select Add. At this point, you should select Close option. Remember, the people which you have added will receive an email to inform them that they are now members of your team. Always keep in mind that a team can hold not more than 5000 members. 3. Create channels for your team: First, you should find the team which you created. And then click on More options and then hit on Add channel. Here, you should give the channel a descriptive name.
