  1. If Mouse And Keyboard Not Working in Window 11! How to Fix it? Sometimes, customer encounter problem with the mouse and keyboard in Window 11. So to fix this issue, you should read the method to fix if mouse and keyboard not working in Window 11. For more details, go to office.com/setup. Method To Fix If Mouse And Keyboard Not Working in Window 11: 1. Restart PC: For this, go to the desktop and then tap on Alt + F4 in order to launch the Shut Down Windows box. After this, you should go to the drop-down menu and then choose Restart options from the list. At the end, tap on OK button to restart to computer. 2. Reinstall Mouse and Keyboard Driver: The customer should hit on Windows + X altogether or just right-tap on the Start button which is there in the Taskbar in order to launch the Quick Access/Power User menu. Now, you should choose Device Manager from the list of options. After this, you should locate and then double-tap on Mice and other pointing devices in order to view the devices under it. Now, you need to right-tap on the malfunctioning keyboard and then choose Update driver from the context menu. Here, you should hit on the Search automatically for drivers from the two options which is there in the Update driver window. Now, Windows will scan for the available driver on the system and then just install it. At the end, you should double-tap on Mice and other pointing devices, then locate the malfunctioning mouse and just update its driver. 4. Run Keyboard Troubleshooter: The user should tap on Windows + I at the same time to launch the Settings app. Now, you should hit on Troubleshoot option which is on the right side in the System tab. Here, you have to tap on Other troubleshooters. At last, you should tap on the Run button which is next to Keyboard. 5. Disable Fast Startup: You should tap on Windows + S key together to launch the Search menu. Now, you need to enter Control Panel in the text field which is there at the top and then hit on the relevant search result. At this point, you should tap on System and Security from the list of options. Here, you should tap on Power options. After this, you should tap on Choose what the power buttons do from the options which are there on the left. Then, you have to tap on Change the settings that are currently unavailable to move further. At last, you should untick the checkbox for Turn on fast startup and then hit on Save changes which is there at the bottom.
