  2. What is Bullying? Make sure that the staff knows what bullying is. Some of the signs are confusion, fear, discomfort, frustration, and avoiding one's boss. These are all signs that an employee is uncomfortable and is in distress at work.

  3. Monitoring Monitor those that could be victims of bullying. There will be some people that are more likely to be targets of bullies. Keep an eye on those who have become withdrawn from a group or do not have several working relationships.

  4. Manage Complaints Deal with complaints properly and they should never be ignored. If a complaint goes undealt for much longer, the victim might continuously be bullied resulting in his/her poor mental health.

  5. Maintain positive workplace culture Maintaining positive workplace culture is very important. This gives each individual the feeling that they are all valued the same and they should treat everyone the same. Make sure what behavior is acceptable and what is not allowed.

  6. Anti Bullying Training Online anti-bullying training helps employees, managers, and employers to all have an understanding of what bullying in the workplace is, how to identify it, and how to prevent it before it is too late.
