  1. Heart Disease in Women Physical activity is important to building a healthy body supported by a strong heart. Your heart beats 115,000 times a day for about 2,000 gallons [2,000 L] of blood; that's a lot of work! Support your heart with exercise so your heart continues to support you. Regular exercise has many health benefits, including those that prevent or control high blood pressure. If left unchecked,Heart diseases, high blood pressure can lead to problems like heartburn, aneurysm, metabolic syndrome, or depression. The most common recommendation is to practice physical activity for 30 minutes a day. If you've been sitting and haven't exercised for many years, you can start by dividing 30 minutes to shorten every 10 minutes to make it easier. If you already have a "jock," try adding a minute to your work each day for some benefit. Homework can often be counted as an equal parts event, in addition to playing your favorite games. Here are some examples: • Wash and massage for 50 to 60 minutes • Wash windows or floors for 50 to 60 minutes. • Gardening for 30 to 45 minutes

  2. Push the driver W% miles in 30 minutes • Leave the leaves for 30 minutes. • Winter shovel for 15 minutes • Take the stairs for 15 minutes • Play volleyball for 55 to 60 minutes • Play soccer for 45 minutes Walk two miles in 30 minutes (one mile in 15 minutes) • Shoot basketball for 30 minutes • 30 minutes to play (socialize) • Do water exercises for 30 minutes • swim for 20 minutes • Jump rope for 15 minutes Run 1.5 miles in 15 minutes (1 mile in 10 minutes) Creating an exercise routine can be fun and relaxing! Choose events that you enjoy while experimenting with new ones; feel free to mix it up. For example, you could go swimming on the weekends and run for a few days during the week. Remember those little things add up too! Participating in your daily activities, like walking to the grocery store or walking around the house cleaning, is still the way your body moves. This is especially true if you have heart problems or heart disease, are over 50 years old and are not used to being physically active. If you have a family history of heart disease at a young age or if you have other serious health problems, consult your doctor before starting any exercise program. Inactivity and an unhealthy diet can affect vital cardiovascular processes, placing stress on this organ and forcing it to work harder than it should. Continuing to abuse in this way can result in heart pain or complete heart failure. If the injured person is lucky, heart disease may not be fatal, but the treatment and commitment required after such an event can take many months and countless hours of commitment to the victim. There are many people who take the idea that "you have to die sometime", but there is no substitute for life. Most people who have experienced serious heart problems correct their thinking after a long time to

The laziness attitude has undoubtedly improved in recent years and has put a lot of pressure on the international health service. This, in turn, creates problems that many have to endure if they have to go to the hospital: long waits, cancellations of appointments and procedures, and rush to face-to-face interviews.
