Dr Parth Shah to Address Ophthalmologists from Around the Globe at Two WSPOS World Wide Webinars this Weekend February 17, 2021, The World Society of Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus (WSPOS)’s fourth edition of the Global Grand Rounds promises to be another exciting and informative one. “This weekend is not only going to be busy but jam-packed full of learning and teaching - thanks to back to back WSPOS live webinars,” Dr Parth Shah told the media. Scheduled on the coming weekend, i.e. February 19, February 20, and February 21, 2021, the global live webinar series is bound to be useful for all participants. The three-day event involves many experienced ophthalmologists, and audience from around the world will include ophthalmologists, ophthalmology trainees, orthoptists, optometrists and other eye health professionals. On the first day, February 19, 2021, there is an all-day session geared toward ophthalmology trainees. At this unique ‘Paediatric Ophthalmology in a Day’, Dr Shah is going to inspire young minds and enlighten them on paediatric glaucoma. Talking about the event session, Dr Shah thanked the WSPOS team and Mr John Ferris (one of Dr Shah’s mentors) for the invitation. The next day, Dr Shah will return for a case presentation as part of the Global Grand Rounds #4 on Saturday, February 20, 2021. The session will start at 2PM GMT. Dr Parth Shah will be presenting an interesting case of congenital corneal opacity and glaucoma. He is joined on the panel by expert ophthalmologists from around the globe. Dr Shah is also excited about Dr Guirao Navarro’s presentation on sudden onset esotropia in an infant. While talking to the media, Dr Shah said, “The discussion will surely be stimulating! So I am really looking forward to it.” The educational event will be concluded on Sunday, February 21, 2021, which is dedicated to strabismologists from around the world. The Strabismus Hall of Fame will be held on this day, where all the experts in the panel will share their priceless insights. The World Society of Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus (WSPOS) is an international organisation established in 2008. It’s collegial ethos allows the Society to openly discuss and
