Comments on schedule • Solution a – (discussed at Aarhaus) • 20 min invited not satisfactory, specially sess 1 • Session 7 – long time + prime time + large room – ‘SC rf’ talk after opening • Session 8 – short time • Solution b – • Increase total time by 1.5 h (+0.5 to sess. 1,3,8) by increasing 30 min the afternoon sessions on M, T, W – Poster sessions from 16h30 to 18h30 – Coffee served from 16h00 • Change the coffee break time on Tuesday of 10 min to maintain parallel breaks between talks • Session 7 has some time in small room • Session 1 changes the 20 min Inv to 30 min Inv • Session 5 through 8 maintain the 20 min Inv (please comments from coord) • Solution c – • Give up the prime time on Tuesday afternoon – increase total time by 2 h (+0.5 to sess. 1,2,3,8) • Session 7 has some time in small room • Session 1 changes the 20 min Inv to 30 min Inv • Session 5 through 8 maintain the 20 min Inv (please comments from coord)
