Background • At the time of the Onni project, each councillor was asked to disclose any financial interplay with the developer. • Councillor Keating made no disclosure. • It has been determined that on or about the time of the final reconsideration vote by this council, RPMG, Onni’s parent company made a campaign donation to the NDP in the amount of $78,500.

  3. Question for Councillor Keating: • How much of the RMPG contribution flowed through to Councillor Keating’s campaign to become the NDP MLA for the riding North Vancouver Lonsdale ? • Were any of the RPMG funds specifically earmarked for your campaign by RPMG ? • Did you have knowledge of this impending contribution at the time you cast your reconsideration vote in April 2013 ? • Why didn’t you disclose this conflict of interest?
