  2. The current default approach in the 1996 Revised IPCC Guidelines assumes instantaneous emissions of all carbon removed from site at harvest. This report is to estimate the amount of carbon stock and emission by utilization of HWP (Harvested Wood Products) in the second commitment period in the Kyoto Protocol.
