The slides are organized to facilitate a high level introduction to WINiT: its mission, programs and benefits. Career Development continued Events - Access to several WINiT and partner educational and inspirational events throughout the year Library - The WINiT Library offers book suggestions from Members on developing career and personal skills WINiT University– (Fall 2016) with our Partner, Young Travel Professionals (YTP), WINiT will offer companies the opportunity to connect with and recruit from the next generation of travel and hospitality professionals from key participating colleges and universities

Visibility Programs Industry networking opportunities – through the extensive WINiT network of Industry Partners, Members can take advantage of industry networking events at discounted prices WINiT Speaks - Members have unique access to speaking opportunities at industry events on a variety of professional development topics

Mobility Programs Most Developed Programs WINiT Mentor Program- a self-directed program for WINiT Members that utilizes an automated Mentor-Mentee matching process WINiT Central Career Board- online career center connecting job seekers within the travel, meeting, event and exhibition industries with career opportunities

WINiT Mentor Program • Program objective: to facilitate a developmental relationship between the Mentor and the Mentee • Self-directed program that utilizes an automated Mentor-Mentee matching process • Goal of the mentoring relationship is to foster communication about professional/personal development, enhance skills, improve productivity and performance and to continue to build a network of professionals throughout WINiT
