  3. Service Learning Activities Meet the Blazers South Georgia Classic Blazer Build

  4. South Georgia Classic • Our Football team helped out with the local golf tournament. I volunteered as a traffic director.

  5. Meet The Blazers • As a football team we invited kids from our community to come an have a good time and play around with us. We took time out of our schedules to make hundreds of little kids day better.

  6. Blazer Build • We helped build houses for habitat for humanity. It was a liberating experience to give back to the community and help someone in need.

  7. My Experiences from the South Georgia Classic • I helped people find the correct places to park. I also held a few conversations with people about what they do so I had the chance to network with a few people.

  8. My Experiences from Meet the Blazers • It was a great expericence to spend time with the little kids. I felt like I gave them a good example and provided a positive role model of what hard work can get you. Plus it was just fun to be goofy and play around with them.

  9. My Experiences from Blazer Build • It felt good to give back to the community by helping build homes for people who had no home.

  10. The Impact Service learning made on me ! • I developed communication skills. • I learned networking skills. • I was liberated by giving back to the community.
