  13. The future you… You are on the brink of many challenges but also so many possibilities… Where do you see yourself in 5 months? Where do you see yourself in 2 years? 10 years? 20 years?

  14. Finding inspiration… I stopped pretending to myself that I was anything other than what I was, and began to direct all my energy into finishing my work. I was set free, because my greatest fear had been realised, and I was still alive, and I still had a daughter whom I adored, and I had an old typewriter and a big idea. And so rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life.“ J K Rowling You have to trust in something. Your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. Because believing that the dots will connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart, even when it leads you off the well worn path.” Steve Jobs

  15. What do you want to achieve? What sort of job would you love to do? What lifestyle would you like? Working hard NOW to achieve your potential will put you in the best possible position. Where do you see yourself living? Would you like to travel?

  16. Managing Your Stress! • It is important that you manage your stress over the next 2 months. • Stress can have a disastrous effect! (Video) • Believe or not – you can use stress to help you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EyG_CYf-S0

  17. Good & Bad Stress • Bad stress like constant worry drains your energy and prevents you from concentrating. However • Good stress like just before exams can give you energy, motivates you and can even boost your memory

  18. 10 Easy Ways To Manage Your Stress • Plan your time – revision timetables do help. Regular breaks are important. Actually revising will reduce your stress • Focus on one task at a time – do not worry about your Geography while revising Maths • Sleep is very important – sleep provides time for your brain to rest and rejuvenation time. Have a break from revision before you go to bed. • During your breaks relax – this will allow you to be more ready to work after your break

  19. Also … 5. Be realistic – do not over-commit. For the next 2 months your exams have to be your priority. You will have plenty of time for the other things when they are over 6. Reduce caffeine intake – caffeine interrupts your sleep and makes you more anxious/stressed 7. Exercise – this reduces your stress hormones and improves your mood. 30 minutes a day, even if it is just going for a walk, will help.

  20. And … 8. Eat healthily/do not miss breakfast – stress increases your need for food. Eating healthily will improve your mood 9. Where you revise must not be distracting – do not have TVs on, do not have your phone with you, make sure you can concentrate while working. 10. If you feel too stressed - talk to someone GOOD LUCK
