  6. Certification Exams Microsoft CRM 3.0 exams are available. There are 3 exams in total and to achieve MS CRM CSA status these must be completed by more than one person as a minimum (ie 1 person takes 1 exam, and another person takes the other 2 exams). The required exams are: • Installation & Configuration • Customisation • Applications You can take these exams at Thompson Prometric http://www.prometric.com/Microsoft/mbs or Pearson VUE http://www.vue.com/mbs/ at a cost of AUD$180 each in Australia.
