Licensing Models - Availability On Premise (Volume Licensing and BRL/DPL) General Availability on pricelists January 1, 2008 “Downgrade rights” immediately apply to 3.0 business as well Live Pricing announced at WPC 2007 Early Access I in progress / Early Access II planned for November Customers signing up for Early Access will acknowledge and commit to pricing but won’t be billed until later Billing expected to start in Q4 FY08 with declared “RTW”. SPLA Price changes will be implemented in January 2008 and apply to 3.0 SPLA business as well
