    2. Licensing Programs For Organizations With Fewer Than 250 Computers OLP. Open License Program offerings are available through a broad reseller channel base such as retail stores, solution providers, and online vendors. There are three Open License program offerings to choose from. Most of Microsoft CRM’s volume is expected to go through the Open channel. For Organizations With More Than 250 Computers These programs are offered through Microsoft Large Account Resellers (LAR) and Microsoft Enterprise Software Advisors (ESA) Select Licensing Program Enterprise Agreement

    3. Other Licenses type MLP/FPP: Microsoft License Pack. In Volume Licensing, customers license Servers and Users separately. This is the same experience in FPP – MLPs are how FPP customers license additional users. CRM MLPs are available in 1, 5, and 20 User packs. Microsoft CRM Modules (Sales, Customer Service, and Suite) in FPP do not include any User licenses unlike certain other Microsoft Server products. To use CRM through FPP, customers will need to acquire an appropriate number of MLPs. PUP: Product Upgrade Pack. This is offered for FPP customers, available in 1, 5, and 20 packs, and should be used to upgrade customers from the Standard version of their product to Professional. All users of the same Module must be upgraded at the same time. The “Step Up” accomplishes the same objective in Volume Licensing programs. Lic/SA Pack: Software License and Software Assurance. When purchased through Volume Licensing, Microsoft CRM comes included with Software Assurance.
