  2. What’s This About? Research Question ?? How was Paul Kagame a catalyst for change? Thesis statement !! Paul Kagame used leadership, dedication, and self-motivation to set Rwanda at peace.

  4. FACTS 1. The Refugee Patriotic Front stood for democracy, National unity, and above all. An end to the state- induced creation of refugees. 2. Paul Kagame encouraged his army as much as possible. He ordered commissioners to keep soldiers aware of what they were fighting for, to make sure the soldiers’ kept a level head when carrying out duties, and to listen to the soldiers’ complaints and suggestions. 3. Through his tactics of encouragement, beliefs and positive ness, the Refugee Patriotic Front became one of the most strictly disciplined of the worlds rebel armies.
