  14. Plans by subject panels (1) • Subject panels should plan the following before September • Assessment criteria • Contents of the portfolios • Frequency of collection of portfolio:once per month • There will be part-time helpers to do the scanning work

  15. Plans by subject panels (2) • Assessment committee should be consulted if you intend submit files with special format(e.g. audio files, video files)

  16. Pilot Scheme • Selected subjects will participate in the pilot scheme • Training workshops will be provided for all teachers
