ShriGangadhar Bag, who is a poor cultivator and could be termed as marginal, has big dreams but very limited resources. He is interested to have small business in the family with the money saved by his son Bhubaneswar Bag. Wishing to make some contribution to his family income and help his father realize his dream, Mr. Bhubaneswar joined ASG’s training program under SGSY in housekeeping trade. Today Bhubaneswar is happily employed at ASG’s site at Vedanta, Jharsuguda. His family income is gone up more than four times and they have become very optimistic about the small family business
