Identifying Risk to Children Officers will submit a C39d which is submitted electronically • Incident details, including source of information. • Was the child present and has the child been seen? • How did the child appear? • Record the family set up/situation Eg state of the property, any drug connections / alcohol misuse etc • Is there a risk to the child’s welfare? • What action/s did you take? Eg arrest, police protection, etc
