  3. Summary of Feedback • Public Transit • Subsidization, Schedules, Shuttle • Pricing • Tiered Pricing • Bayside • Safety, Convenience, Incentivize • Designated Parking • Communications • Signage, Education

  4. Primary Recommendations • Public Transit • Provide public transit subsidy for employees • Shuttle service should remain free • Designated Spaces • Hold off at this time; consider with garages • South Lot should be made a general use lot • Maintain current Admissions spaces (10) • Add 5 VIP/guest speaker spaces

  5. Primary Recommendations (cont) • Parking Fees should be increased • Last increase: January, 2004 • Transportation Services – self supporting • Increased expenses: garage closure, shuttle • TDM – most effective method • New Garage • Tiered Pricing • Bayside should be less expensive • Violations • Implement a penalty for violators

  6. Operational Considerations • Bayside • Safety, Convenience • Incentivize • Shuttle • Increase service as needed • Bus access as construction increases • Sustainability • Enhance carpool program • Bike/pedestrian pathways • Education about transportation options
