  3. Who We Are Commuter Connection is a program of the Downtown Minneapolis Transportation Management Organization (TMO). The Downtown Minneapolis TMO was established in 1991 as a public/private partnership between the City of Minneapolis and the downtown business community.
  4. Our Mission Commuter Connection advocates for and promotes a sustainable transit and transportation system that supports a vital and growing downtown Minneapolis.

  13. Upcoming Detours Hiawatha LRT Trail will close between 11th Avenue and 15th Avenue for construction related to the Central Corridor LRT. Construction is expected to last through 2012. A detour route will run along 5th Street and 11th Avenue.
