  2. آقای 25 ساله ای با UDT دو طرفه داخل شکمی، بدلیل Mass بسیار بزرگ لگنی در CT اسکن تحت ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تومور مارکرها نرمال بودند . در اسپرموگرام ، بیمار آزواسپرم بود، CXR طبیعی بود . بیمار تحت جراحی رزکسیون توده با برش Midline قرار گرفتند . توده ای بسیار بزرگ به ابعاد تقریبی 20&20سانتی متر به شکل بیضه از دهانه رینگ داخلی به داخل لگن رشد کرده بود که تحت رزکسیون قرار گرفت بیضه مقابل نیز با ابعاد طبیعی در دهانه رینگ داخلی مشاهده شد که تحت ارکیوپکسی در ناحیه انگوئیال قرار گرفت . پاتولوژی مطرح کنندۀ Seminoma بود
