  2. Research & Evaluation Subcommittee Activities So Far • A survey to assess region wide measure research priorities was conducted • First meeting of 2013 held on April 15th at the council • Based on feedback from the meeting and the survey, a “Research Radar” has been developed • The Research Radar is an Excel based tool that: • Makes information contained in measure recommendation memoranda easily accessible • Identifies research gaps for Out of Compliance measures • Identifies common areas of research that could benefit more than one measure, or multiple measures in the same sector/ end-use category

  3. Next Steps for the Subcommittee • RTF staff is in process of finalizing the Research Radar spreadsheet, available to the RTF on the subcommittee page • RTF staff and Marjorie McRae (RIA) are working to define an efficient organizational structure for the subcommittee • This subcommittee will interact with the technical subcommittees for various measures • RTF staff and Marjorie will develop targeted surveys to understand current and future research in the region • This will be aligned with gaps identified in the research radar

  4. QC Review Process • Selected EnerNOC as QC contractor for 2013 • Sent first 5 measures developed in 2013 for review • For each measure, contractor to complete: • Checklist of items covered • Review Memo detailing any deficiencies found • Upload final to website once QC is complete • Bring back any methodology issues to full RTF

  5. Website Changes • Several modifications made to the website • Calendar on front page • UES and Protocol pages show current versions of workbooks, documents, etc. • More visible by un-hiding • UES and Protocols will begin to show status of prior workbooks and documents • Measure life removed from UES and Protocol pages as separate line since now contained in SIW
