  2. REMINDER: April RTF Meeting Date • RTF agreed to move April RTF meeting to April 23rd (Wednesday) • Avoids conflict with Future of Energy Conference

PSE Call For Collaboration • PSE Plans to conduct market research on retail lighting programs • Big Question: What fraction of retail sales go to commercial vs. residential? • Full Research & Evaluation subcommittee contacted on 2/18 with further details of PSE plans • Contact Mohit Singh-Chhabra if interested in learning more

  4. Small/Rural Subcommittee • Met on March 5 • Reviewed Schools Lighting UES measure assessment • Discussed adjusting 2014 work plan to pursue something other than a Health Clinic scoping study • Awaiting response from MH Decommissioning task order http://rtf.nwcouncil.org/subcommittees/smallutilities/

Residential Lighting Subcommittee • Met on March 4 • Discussed aligning measure categorization for CFL and LED measures • Discussed reducing the number of categories • Recommend using PNNL short-term forecasts to adjust LED efficacy and cost over sunset period • Next meeting on March 25 to review measure grouping proposals http://rtf.nwcouncil.org/subcommittees/reslighting/Default.asp

  6. SIS Status • RTF staff & BPA staff visited farm in Umatilla • Met with industry reps and growers, and toured Onion shed • Discussed research objectives and issues related to SIS Protocol • Inconclusive about feasible research to answer outstanding questions • BPA staff looking into possible research opportunities and will report back to RTF staff
