  4. Increased Energy • Water will help students be more alert! • Improved Athletic Performance • If you feel thirsty then you are already experiencing dehydration. • Dehydration leads to… • Fatigue • Poor concentration • Dizziness

  5. Manage Stress • Water can aid in reducing stress and elevating mood which will increase performance. • Dehydration increased Cortisol levels.
