  2. Glossary of terms Administrators (Admin) – Employees of Global Real Estate Education Network (hereon, “GREEN”). Reps (Reps) – A person who is enrolled in the GREEN business opportunity and who is current with his/her annual fee. • Reps pay the “retail” price for the commissionable $99.97 GREEN monthly membership. • Reps will have access to their own personal Back Office. .

Preferred Customers (PC) Enrolled as such, but not enrolled in the GREEN business opportunity as a Rep. • Pays the same for the $99.97 GREEN monthly membership as do Reps. • PCs are identified as those who have not paid the Rep enrollment fee of $35.00. • If originally enrolled as a Rep but then returns their enrollment kit for a refund, but stays current on their GREEN membership product, they will automatically be assigned the classification of Preferred Customer. • If originally enrolled as a Rep but has not sold a GREEN product to a PC nor enrolled a new GREEN Rep within the last 12 week period, and is also not current on their monthly Back Office fee, the Rep should automatically be assigned the classification of Preferred Customer.

Active Vs Inactive Distributers Active Distributor: A Rep who has qualified for commissions in at least one of the last two qualification cycles. • Active Reps may not necessarily be qualified for income. • Active Reps maintain all accumulated downline volumes, ranks, contest points, etc. Inactive Distributor: A Rep who has not qualified in both of the previous two qualification cycles. • Once a Rep becomes Inactive (hasn't been Commission Qualified for two consecutive 4-week pay cycles) all downline sales volume is flushed (set back to zero), as are all other ranks and counters. • An Inactive Rep does not lose their Distributorship, nor their position in the organizational hierarchy.

  5. Business Center (BC): A Rep’s single position in the binary structure. Product: GREEN will launch with a single $99.97 monthly membership. There are no tiers to this membership, nor any initially purchased, higher priced product package. RV (Retail Value): The dollar amount of the GREEN monthly membership product. • The GREEN monthly membership is $99.97 US. CV (Commission Value): The points assigned to the GREEN product that apply to the compensation plan. • The $99.97 membership product will carry a CV value of 90. • Although personal qualifications are based on RV, the system will calculate all commissions and bonuses on the CV of those same products.
