Encourages neighbourliness and community cohesion, the feeling of safety, reduces crime (especially hate crime) and disorder, and promotes and improves health and wellbeing. • Enhanced community wellbeing and people’s sense of belonging through inclusive and innovative arts, cultural and leisure opportunities for people that improve their physical and mental wellbeing and resilience • Protecting and enhancing the health and wellbeing of residents and providing a robust response to climate change through a more circular, sustainable and resilient economy.
