  2. Registering to the AOC Portal The AOC must have your current, correct email address in the data base. Go to https://myaocportal.georgiacourts.gov The opening screen will appear. Go to and click “Register here” if you are not in the data base.

  3. Click “Register Here”.

  4. Enter your email address and click “Register”.

  5. An email will be sent to that address.Open that email.Click on the web address in the email .

  6. Fill out the fields on the right and click the “Register” button.

  7. Enter your User Name and Password,Click the “Login” button.

  8. Click the “Profile” button to change any of your information; EXCEPT your User Name as it cannot be changed.

  15. Enter your User Name and Password.

  16. Click on the “Case Count” button.

  17. Click the “Court Type Drop Box”, then the court type you need.

  18. Choose your Court in the “Court Name” Drop Box, Click “Select”.

  19. Click “Edit,” Fill in all Case type fields.

  20. Click “Save”, then Click “Print Report” for a printed copy.These buttons are at the very bottom of the screen, you will have to scroll down past the Civil data that has been automatically transmitted from SSCIS.
