  4. Monitoring and Adaptive Management(As I see it…) AOC monitoring has evolved into two categories: • Short Term Monitoring • The minimum monitoring required to allow the delisting of the AOC. (mainly focused on monitoring of habitat projects). • Long Term Monitoring • Post AOC delisting monitoring. Some form of assurance in the final AOC delisting documents that monitoring will occur well into future after delisting. • Not only habitat projects - should also include any other monitoring necessary to assess potential degradation of other beneficial uses.

  6. Long Term MonitoringWhat will Rochester do?We don’t know. Yet. Brainstorming underway. Current Ideas: • Create Endowment. • Constant Funding. • Use Existing Programs.
