  5. What does the New Machine Offer ?: The UP5 22E & 30 • First is the capability for ducting. The new UP5 machine can handle 12 mm of static pressure and gets ducted to one end or from top discharge.

  6. The UP5 22E & 30 • Second is the Hot Box/Cold Box design of the UP5. • Cold Side • Motor • Cooling Circuit • Hot Side • Compression Circuit

  7. The UP5 22E & 30 • What does the Hot/Cold side design do for me? • It gets cooling to the right places, namely the oil and aftercooler. • It also keeps all of the heat of compression in one place, avoiding life shortening thermal fluctuation.

  8. The UP5 22E & 30 • What does the Hot/Cold side design get me. • It helps with heat transfer, ensuring all of the heat gets out allowing for better performance • It keeps the SOUND in the area where it is produced.

Intellisys option adds to value of this power saving control by allowing machine to stop 2 mins after unloading - provided total run time is sufficient to avoid excessive start on the motor. Also, two machines can be programmed to allow for sequencing, etc.. 100% on-line Power Off-line 0% Time
