  5. Matthew 3:16-1716 As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. 17 And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”

  6. Jude 20-2120 But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit,21 keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.

  13. We need to understand some basic things about God.

  14. God enters into living relationship with us.

  16. God is essentially self-giving love

  17. We find in the Trinity a way of knowing who we are, who we are called to be, and what we are called to do.

  18. Three is a Magic Number

  19. But I also believe that there is a deep and abiding knowledge of the Trinity that is imbedded in all of Creation.

  43. Relationships matter. Connections matter.

  44. Why do you love having friends over for dinner?

  45. Why do we like to sit on the patio with the family watching kids play?

  46. Why is it that loneliness is something to be dreaded?

  47. Why is it that your first reaction when someone says, ‘There is No God’ is pity?
