  8. WR2020 was founded in Dec 2005. • WR2020 has invested $220,000 in commercial lending leveraging $700,000 in property improvements on 38th Avenue. • WR2020 partnered with Downtown Colorado Inc and the Dept of Local Affairs to provide the Community Revitalization Partnership Report.
