Important Things to Note (Personal Responsibility) • Passport Validity • More than 6 months from 9 Jun 14 • Visa Requirements • Pls check M'sia MFA website -> Quick info ->Visa info • Personal Medication • Travel insurance • Basic (included in camp package) • Comprehensive (own expense & responsibility) • Sufficient Cash / Avoid Valuables

  4. Important Things to Bring • Passport • Camp File • “FISH” T-Shirt • Other Themed Attire / Swim Wear / Gym Gear • Personal Medication • Writing Materials / Bible • Maps / GPS / 'Touch & Go' card (Drivers)

  5. Day 1 Events (Coach) • Report at Gathering Point Punctually (see map) • Take attendance / Wrist tags • Load luggage / Luggage tags

  6. Know your Assigned Coach / Coach IC • Coach IC with Placards • NOmutual swapping of coaches • Inform Coach IC if you are going to be Late • Coach can hold for 10 – 15 mins ONLY • Late comers may have to make alternative travel arrangements on their own. • Change to M’sian registered coach at M’sian Customs • Lunch Break @ Yong Peng (provided) • Bring Snacks and Drinks

  7. Day 1 Events (Car) • Adjust Travel Time to arrive after 1700H • Check-in @ Hotel from 1700H onwards • By car • GPS recommended • Touch & Go card (approx RM80) • Car park • Complimentary (Redemption at Hotel’s Front Desk)

  8. Arrival @Hatten Hotel Melaka • Proceed to Level 11 (Ballroom) for check in • Follow Welcome Team's directions • Welcome Brief • Check-in (from 1700H) • According to Queue number • ICs of each Queue Number to collect keys and name-tags on behalf of all in the same Queue Number • Aim to Complete Check-in No Later than 1900H

  9. Special Events • Themed dinners • Friday (6 Jun) – True BLUE • Sunday (8 Jun) - Peranakan • Photo-taking on Day 2 (Saturday 7Jun) • Wear your “FISH” T-shirt • Day 2 evening • Go out and explore Malacca • Dinner not provided
