Reporting Reporting on outcomes (individual funding) • In 2013/14 • % of individual plans established in agreed time • % of plans reviewed in agreed time • Working with the sector to develop indicators for 2014/15 reporting • New • Annual acquital report • Actual contracted services delivered • If a variance – reasons why. • Replaces – reporting on hours delivered • In 2014/15 - Measures of achieved outcomes

Reporting Reporting (specific to block funding) The Agreement = Request, offer and letter of acceptance detailing total budget, range of services and their prices, and in some case the quantity or quality to be provided. • New • Annual acquital report • Actual contracted services delivered • If a variance – reasons why. • Replaces – reporting on hours delivered (unless the service is actually to deliver xx hours).
