  3. Select “internet explorer”

  4. Enter the URL: https://icams.usda.gov/

  5. Read the warning and select “I agree to the above”.

  6. Enter your EmpowHR (ICAMS) User ID and Password and click on “EmpowHR Sign In”.

  7. Click on the “worklist”.

  8. Click on the link for the blue link for the appraisal to be reviewed.

  9. Click on the “elements and standards” tab to review the 5 tier performance appraisal entered by the supervisor.

  10. Click on “view all” to see the ratings entered for all the elements.

  11. After completing the review, click on the “performance appraisal” tab.

  12. Reviewer enters comments in the box Identified “reviewer comments”.

  13. Reviewer clicks in the box next to “concurred rating” In the box identified “REVIEWER”. A checkmark here is the electronic signature of the reviewer.

  14. The reviewer will receive the following message Informing him/her that the action will be transmitted to NFC on 9/25/06. Click “OK”.

  15. CLICK ON “SAVE”!

  16.   17. The appraisal will flow simultaneously to the work list of the Supervisor for a final review and to the work list of the Employee for review/concurrence. To print a hard copy document, Click on “create printable form”. NOTE: Hard copies should only be printed when there is a need.
