  1. WHAT EXERCISES CAN YOU DO WITH A RESISTANCE BAND

  2. INTRO Resistance bands are a great tool for home fitness. They are easy to pack and lightweight. They are also inexpensive. This is why they are one of the most popular tools for home fitness. If you want to get in shape, these resistance bands are the way to go because they can be used to do a wide range of exercises. In this presentation, we're going to look at all the types of yoga exercises equipment like a resistance band can be used for.

  3. WALL LATERAL PULLDOWN Wall Lateral Pulldown is an exercise which works the lats, upper back. To perform the exercise, place your band around the top of a wall and hold one end of the band with your right hand. Your left hand should be holding your body weight. Bend your left arm and place it against the wall next to your body. This will create a resistance to the pull you are performing with your left arm. Slowly pull your left arm up the wall and hold the position for a few seconds. Slowly lower your arm back down to the starting position. Repeat this action for a few sets.

  4. BICEP CURL This is a great exercise because it will not only make you stronger, but also give you a great workout for your arms and chest. When you're using a resistance band, you want to start by wrapping it around the back of your legs. Now, take one end of the band and hold it up in front of you, and the other end of the band, and wrap it around your back. Make sure that you are squeezing the band as you do this, and hold the band in this position for a few seconds. Next, you want to take the band in one hand, and start doing a bicep curl with the other hand. You should be doing a bicep curl as you rotate your arm.

  5. HIGH PLANK LEG LIFTS To do the High Plank Leg Lifts, start by standing with your feet hip-width apart and the band under your right foot and your left foot flat on the ground. Your right leg should be straight and your left leg should be bent in at a 90-degree angle. Now, lift your right leg up to the sky and hold it in place. With your left leg, push it down to the ground, keeping your foot parallel to the ground. Hold your leg in position while you exhale and hold your breath. Then, switch sides and do it again.
