  6. Before You Start • Have NT/Exchange Infrastructure in place and tested • Have your Help Desk people trained in: • Use of Exchange • Administration of Exchange • Your migration process • Have Exchange and ALL-IN-1 talking to each other John Marshall - Riverwillow Pty. Ltd.

All Staff Must Be Addressable from Both Platforms • Mail directories must be synchronized and kept up to date • Distribution lists must be synchronized and kept up to date • Auto Forwarding in place: • From ALL-IN-1 to Exchange (Exchange users) • From Exchange to ALL-IN-1 (ALL-IN-1 users) John Marshall - Riverwillow Pty.
