  1. Toilets For Togo • The Longs are headed for Togo in a month. The Mission Committee agreed to promote a project in Togo in conjunction with the trip. • Three years ago, First Presbyterian Church screened the hospital in Bassar. • This time, we’d like to build a public latrine in the town of Kabou, north of Bassar. • The town has a market visited by perhaps 10,000 people every Wednesday – but no public toilets!

  2. Three years ago…. we had some cash left over, so we gave • these old toilets new life as a shower at the Bassar Hospital 

  3. Kabou is a major center of activity 23 km to the north of Bassar

  4. Kabou Market is lighting up!
