  5. There are some non-verbals we can’t control • Blushing • Sweating • Nervousness • Other people’s opinions of us because of physical attributes

  6. Body types give us stereotyped impressions • Person is dominant, confident, adventurous, competitive……. • Person is dependent, contented, sluggish, soft-hearted ….. • Person is tense, anxious, withdrawn…
