  1. End-of-Grade Test Materials DistributionSpring 2010 Presented by: Brian Swiger Operations Consultant Testing Policy and Operations Section Accountability Services Division

EOG Ordering Initial orders will be auto-shipped based on current membership in NC WISE, exact retest percentages from last year, and a 10% overage Ordering page is now open for review of quantities and to order TAMs and accommodations forms Ordering page will be down from March 27 to April 19 Ordering page will open back up on April 20 for additional materials orders RACs will have to approve large orders after 4/20

  3. EOG Ordering If there is a problem with the quantities allotted for your LEA, don’t panic. Call your RAC and report the problem. We will correct the situation.

  4. Accommodations Orders

  5. Accommodations Orders Student information will be required. System will check against database before accepting order. RACs will have to approve any rejected orders.

  6. NCEXTEND2 Ordering Ordering page will open on March 2. Ordering system will be identical to last year. Estimated ADM will be provided as a guideline and retest 1 numbers will be calculated by LEA.

  7. EOC Ordering The ordering page is now open and all materials are in stock. Please place orders ASAP.

  8. Shipping Calendar Updated on TNN

  9. A Few More Notes There are no designated retest forms. Retest 2 is not required by the state. Separate read-alouds first. Please use any available technology to help manage materials within your LEA.
