Old Business • Continued vandalism • Peninsula Drive Gates – twice • Deer Run Gate recently • Security cameras • Issues with tag camera at entrance have been fixed • Installed new DVRs to enable remote monitoring and alarms should the video fail • Peninsula Drive pavilion wireless network up and running • SSID: PDPavilion • Password:DRPDP

Fundamental Principal • Fiscal responsibility requires living within one’s means Don’t spend more than what you make • Dipping into savings is a sure recipe for disaster • Reduce cost or increase revenue • More volunteer hours • Increased dues The land sale money is Deer Run’s savings account: it should not be used for operating expenses
