  11. And to offer our lives anew to your service. Graciously accept us in your Son Jesus Christ And pour upon us your abundant blessing To the glory of your great name. All: Amen!

  12. Leader: Give us, our God, a sense of your presence as we gather for worship. 13. Hymn Oh, worship the King, all glorious above.Oh, gratefully sing his power and his love; Our shield and defender, the Ancient of Days,Pavilioned in splendour and girded with praise.

  14. Oh, tell of his might; oh, sing of his grace,Whose robe is the light, whose canopy space; His chariots of wrath the deep thunderclouds form,And dark is his path on the wings of the storm.

  15. The earth with its store of wonders untold,Almighty, your power has founded of old,Established it fast by a changeless decree,And round it has cast, like a mantle, the sea.

  16. O measureless Might, ineffable Love,While angels delight to hymn you above. The humbler creation, though feeble their lays,With true adoration shall sing to your praise.

  17. Reader: A Reading from Revelation Great and wonderful are your deeds, O Lord God the almighty: just and true are your ways, O Sovereign of the nations. Who shall not revere and praise your name O Lord: for you alone are holy.

  21. 7 Praise the Lord from the earth,    you sea monsters and all deeps,8 fire and hail, snow and frost,    stormy wind fulfilling his command! 9 Mountains and all hills,    fruit trees and all cedars! 10 Wild animals and all cattle,    creeping things and flying birds!

  22. 11Kings of the earth and all peoples,    princes and all rulers of the earth!12 Young men and women alike,    old and young together! 13 Let them praise the name of the Lord,    for his name alone is exalted;    his glory is above earth and heaven.14 He has raised up a horn for his people,    praise for all his faithful,    for the people of Israel who are close to him. 26. CONFESSION Leader: All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Silence

  27. Reader: A reading from 1 John 1:5-10. 5 This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light and in him there is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with him while we are walking in darkness, we lie and do not do what is true; 7 but if we walk in the light as he himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.

  28. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he who is faithful and just will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. The Word of the Lord. All: Thanks be to God.

  33. Direct what we shall become; That we may delight in your will And walk in your ways, Through Jesus Christ our Saviour. Amen

  41. Save us from magnifying our troubles and forgetting our blessings. Give us strength of spirit to rise to joyfulness of heart; And by your help may we learn to live with thankfulness of soul; Through Jesus Christ our Lord. All: Amen.

  42. Reader: A reading from Colossians 3:12-17. 12 As God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. 13 Bear with one another and, if anyone has a complaint against another, forgive each other; just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14 Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. 15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in the one body. And be thankful.

  43. 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all wisdom; and with gratitude in your hearts sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God. 17 And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. The Word of the Lord. All: Thanks be to God.

  44. Psalm 107 (Leader: Odd verses All: Even verses) 1 O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;    for his steadfast love endures forever.2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so,    those he redeemed from trouble
