Sequence alignment between 14-3-3s from diverse species Supp Fig 1: Sequence alignment of uncharacterized 14-3-3 family protein, C4qzn3 (C4QZN3_PICPG) of Pichia pastoris with 14-3-3 proteins from other eukaryotes using web server based alignment program, ClustalW2 (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/msa/clustalw2/). Alignment indicates that it shares ~90% sequence homology with 14-3-3 proteins from S. cerevisiae (Bmh1 and Bmh2), S. prombe, C. albicans, D. melanogaster, human and plant.
