  1. Tutorial for Research & Development Project Scheme Submission By GSBTM

  2. Step-1 : General Information Enter ‘Project Title’ and check ‘broad area’ and click on PROCEED NEXT STEP button

  3. Step-2 : Institute / Organization Detail Enter Institute / Organization name, status ,address and click on PROCEED NEXT STEP button

  4. Step-3 : Investigators First select Investigator from drop down box. Form will dynamically add the required fields on same page as display on next slide.

  5. Step-3 : Investigators Eg. Here I select project investigator from drop down menu. And fill up all the detail of project investigator and press ADD INVESTIGATOR BUTTON

  6. Step-3 : Investigators After press Add Investigator button you got a message like above If you want to add another investigator then select them first from the drop down menu similar to slide 4 and repeat slide 4 to 6 If you finished investigator information and go to next step press PROCEED NEXT STEP BUTTON

  7. Step – 4 : Project Duration Select the start of project date, month, year and completion date, month and year from the drop down menu and click on PROCEED NEXT STEP button

  11. Step – 6 : Schedule of the Project Tasks First enter serial no like(1,2,3…) enter sort description of the project task and finally select starting month, year and completion month, year and press ADD PROJECT TASK BUTTON

  12. Step – 6 : Schedule of the Project Tasks After pressing ADD PROJECT TASK, message will appear like this, that indicates your first project task submitted. And further ask for more project task if any. Don’t click on PROCEED NEXT STEP button until you finished entering all the task

Step – 6 : Schedule of the Project Tasks For entering second project task enter serial no, project task second and appropriate date and press ADD PROJECT TASK BUTTON, message will appear similar to slide no. 12 that task added succefully. And repeat the process until you finished entering all the task. Once you finished entering all the project task click on PROCEED NEXT STEP BUTTON

  14. Step – 7 : Project implementing Agency/Agencies First enter serial no like(1,2,3…) enter name, address, research aspects, amount, sharing and press ADD AGENCY BUTTON

  15. Step – 7 : Project implementing Agency/Agencies After clicking on ADD PROJECT TASK BUTTON, message will appear that indicates agency added successfully. And repeat the process for entering second implementing agency and so on… until you finished entering all the project implementing agency . Once you finished entering all the implementing agencies click on PROCEED NEXT STEP BUTTON

  16. Step – 8 : Budget Details Non-Recurring Enter Serial no like(1,2,3…), Item short description, budget for year 1, year 2 and year 3 and click on ADD ITEM BUTTON

  17. Step – 8 : Budget Details Non-Recurring After clicking on ADD ITEM BUTTON, message will appear that indicates equipment added successfully. And repeat the process for entering second equipment and so on… until you finished entering all the Non-recurring items Once you finished entering all Non-Recurring Items click on PROCEED NEXT STEP BUTTON

  18. Step – 9 : Budget Details Recurring (Manpower) Enter Serial no like(1,2,3…), Item short Detail, budget for year 1, year 2 and year 3 and click on ADD NEW POSITION BUTTON

  19. Step – 9 : Budget Details Recurring (Manpower) After clicking on ADD NEW POSITION BUTTON, message will appear that indicates Manpower detail added successfully. And repeat the process for entering second manpower detail and so on… until you finished entering all the Manpower details Once you finished entering all Recurring (Manpower) details click on PROCEED NEXT STEP BUTTON

  20. Step – 10 : Budget Details Recurring (Consumables) Enter Serial no like(1,2,3…), Item short Detail, budget for year 1, year 2 and year 3 and click on ADD NEW FIELD BUTTON

  21. Step – 10 : Budget Details Recurring (Consumables) After clicking on ADD NEW FIELD BUTTON, message will appear that indicates Consumable detail added successfully. And repeat the process for entering second consumable detail and so on… until you finished entering all the Consumables details Once you finished entering all Consumables details click on PROCEED NEXT STEP BUTTON

  22. Step – 11 : Budget Details Other items () Enter Serial no like(1,2,3…), select Item from drop down menu, short Detail, budget for year 1, year 2 and year 3 and click on ADD ITEM BUTTON

  23. Step – 11 : Budget Details Other items () After clicking on ADD ITEM BUTTON, message will appear that indicates Item detail added successfully. And repeat the process for entering second item if any and so on… until you finished entering all the other items Once you finished entering all other item click on PROCEED NEXT STEP BUTTON

Step – 12 : EXISTING FACILITIES Enter Serial no like(1,2,3…), name, make, model, funding agency, year and click on ADD EQUIPMENT BUTTON Don’t click on VIEW PROJECT BUTTON until you finished entering all the existing facilities detail otherwise your previous details will deleted from database..

  25. Step – 12 : EXISTING FACILITIES After clicking on ADD EQUIPMENT BUTTON, message will appear that indicates Item detail added successfully. And repeat the process for entering second Facilities if any and so on… until you finished entering all the Existing Facilities. Once you finished entering all Existing Facilities Click on VIEW PROJECT BUTTON

  26. Step – 13 View Performa At step – 13 your Performa submitted successfully and finally you have to upload a necessary documents (Mandatory ) in .doc or .pdf format or you can upload zip folder containing documents. Browse the document path and click on SUBMIT BUTTON for uploading documents .

  27. Step – 13 View Performa By clicking on ADD NEW PROJECT you will add another project Performa You can view your complete Performa by clicking on VIEW PROJECT BUTTON. And update your Performa by clicking on UPDATE PROJECT BUTTON At step – 13 you have to download declaration certification format and submit hardcopy to GSBTM.
