  19. FAQ - 1 • I have several rules and I need to blacklist a carrier. Should I update all my rules? Answer: All the rules where the carrier is supposed to operate YES. A new feature to blacklist a carrier on all Origin & Destinations from Amadeus Air Preferences display is planned. Please refer to the roadmap for dates • Can I still see a Neutral Response? Answer: Yes, AAP can be switched off at query level in Air displays (using AN1A/ SN1A/ TN1A). Neutral displays can be switched off at agency’s request if a letter of agreement is signed (field NSO in office profile).

FAQ - 2 • I want to enforce my policy but I want to protect corporations’ policy Answer: AAP is compatible with Travel Preferences Manager but if an airline is excluded from AAP, it won’t be displayed in TPM displays even if it is preferred by the corporation. AAP is not compliant with AeTM yet. It doesn’t look at the corporation’s policy stored there. However, enhancements are under discussion to give agencies the choice of returning the carrier to a corporation or not for both channels. • I need reports to know which carrier to promote /demote & maintain my rules Answer: No report is available today. However, enhancements are under discussion to offer reports showing how AAP influence bookings and help customers to track which rules are efficient and which ones are not. Please refer to the roadmap for dates.

  21. FAQ - 3 • Can I define my hotel & car policy in AAP? Answer: No, Amadeus Air Preferences governs Air content only. • Can I add corporation policy in AAP? Answer: No, Amadeus Air Preferences governs Agency policy only.

  23. Ordering procedure • Schedule 43 to be signed with Amadeus Central (Revenue Management-Madrid). Customer to sign the commercial proposal of GCIS or an ACO entity. • The appropriate CR to be  assigned to Amadeus Air Preferences Product Management. • Amadeus will provide the customer with Amadeus Air Preferences within 3 weeks provided that no major change is involved in the meantime.
