  3. Think About ALL 4 Years of High School Your 4-Year Plan is a living plan that can and most likely will change as you change! For now: visualize all the classes you need to take for graduation, along with the classes that you would like to fit in over the next four years to develop a plan, keeping in mind that it might change!

  4. 9th Grade Tips Set academic goals for yourself. High school presents a challenging landscape. Develop good study habits. If you sense a problem developing, address it early. Plan challenging courses in high school. The types of courses you take are just as important as your GPA. Start thinking about reasons for attending college and begin to research college costs. Explore your interests. Get involved with the wide range of clubs and activities that are offered. Try something new! Consider how your interests in and out of the classroom intersect. Is there a way you might be able to pursue this further with a summer program?
